This exhibition, organised by BAMM Scotland is in celebration of the 250th anniversary of Sir Walter Scott's birth.
FLEXIBLE STUDIO VOUCHERS
Studio vouchers can be purchased through the CONTACT page in the run up to Christmas and the New Year, and make great gifts at this festive time. Because of the present Covid restrictions on visiting studios, and while these last, for the first time, the value of the voucher can also be used in part-payment towards any SMALL to MEDIUM mosaics that are on the SHOP PAGE of this website. Workshops and short course details will appear on this page in 2021.
Spring Fling 2020 - Update
Spring Fling is now running as a "virtual event", you can find more information on the Spring Fling/Upland website. I have produced a new "video tour" of my studio so you can visit in a totally safe and socially distanced manner.

BAMM Exhibition Update:
Delighted to have won the 2nd Place Award at the BAMM exhibition 'Open Ended', previewed at the London School of Mosaic on 21st September. 'Meeting Place - 7th Time' is made from moulded resins, antique glass, vitreous glass, gold tile and ceramic, and is concerned with the meeting place of memory and time and traces of community.

Cumbria Life Home and Garden Show 2018
Friday 16th - Sunday 18th March 2018
Kate will be taking part in the Cumbria Life Home and Garden Show 2018 at the Rheged Centre near Penrith, this is a well established event and will feature work by Kate and other Artists with opportunities to buy and commission work. EXHIBITIONS 2017
On Saturday 11th, November I visited the Upfront Gallery to deliver work to this interesting venue.
This group exhibition of Upland Members at the Upfront Gallery , near Hutton-in-the-Forest, Penrith, Cumbria opened on the 14th.November and runs until 14th January, open daily 10.30 to 4.30 pm except Mondays.
It is a great opportunity to see a wide range of art including much that is created by Spring Fling artists in a wonderful arts hub with a renowned puppet theatre, cafe and shop. An added attraction is the stunning local scenery !
